GT RACER is taking you literally inside the cars and onto the tracks. As a member of three idiosyncratic race teams, you are getting a peek at the most spectacular series of international classic racing, where the most beautiful vintage racers ever built battle it out on their most glamorous original tracks: 1950s and 60s Aston Martins, Ferraris, Maseratis, Porsches, Mustangs and Cobras at the historic ‘Grand Prix O-Porto’ (Portugal), Silverstone Classic (UK), the Oltimer Grand Prix at the Nürburgring (Germany), or the Historic Races at Monterey, the Vintage Festival at Lime Rock (USA), the Six Hours of Spa (Belgium) or the famous Carrera Panamericana: 2,000miles over 7 days through Mexico!

GT RACER has the one essential ingredient that Formula One never quite
manages to convey – the sheer joyous delight of driving exotic machinery extremely fast against a bunch of like-minded mad men. Take a look at what it’s like to race classic cars at the most iconic tracks of all time. Day and night. Relentless. The most brutal endurance test for historic cars and crews.
“The quality of this series…is superb.” –Octane Magazine

Laguna Seca, Pebble Beach, Monterey. These words are describing the Holy Grail among classic car aficionados. The reason one rarely sees vintage Ferraris driven at classic race events is because they are just too valuable. However, there is one track in world where tons of these multimillion-dollar babies are raced hard: Laguna Seca, California, USA https://collierautomed.wpengine.com/video_series/episode-4-ferraris-at-laguna-seca

GTR  EP5            –            Legends of Lime Rock

Join us on Labor Day weekend at the most beautiful, time-forgotten track of Lime Rock Park, Connecticut, USA. Be a race team member, driving rare 50s and 60s Ferraris, an even rarer Aston Martin DB4GT Works Light-Weight, a super rare Allard or the ultra rare (there is only one) ’66 Shelby Group II Mustang. Time Travel made possible. https://collierautomed.wpengine.com/video_series/episode-5-legends-of-lime-rock

GTR EP6 – The Six Hours of Spa

The mythical track. The absolute number one highlight for historic racing on the planet. The brutal six-hour endurance race that stretches into the dark. Driver changes, team tactics, refueling, night driving. You will see everything, from behind the wheels of the famous 1963 Shelby Cobra, Low Drag Jaguar E-Type and Aston Martin DP214 Project Car. …Anything can happen in six hours. https://www.collierautomedia.com/video_series/episode-6-the-six-hours-of-spa

GTR EP11 – La Carrera Panamericana, Part II

This event was just so rich, long and action packed that it could not fit into the regular one-hour slot. Part I & II comprise a full feature-length documentary. This is hands-down the wildest and most grueling race among historic racing. Not to miss! Once released, this show will be available here: https://www.collierautomedia.com/gt-racer

GTR EP12 – The Algarve Special
This bonus-episode was entirely financed by racing enthusiasts and fans of the GT Racer show. The crew utilized the ultra shallow depth of field of latest Digital SLR HD cameras and digital in car HD cameras. “The Algarve Special” follows an extended group of friends racing a large variety of cars in many different classes: From pre-war Bentleys, Mini Coopers and Lotus to Cobras Bizzarrinis, Lolas and historic Williams’ F1 cars. Spectacular!
One hour and 13 minutes long.
