Sept 7-9, 2019 Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance Celebrates its 24nd Year

This ROAD RALLY is an enthusiasts dream, an ideal venue for your Aston. The route is always through beautiful countryside. I marvel at it,
as with the continuing development of our suburbs, it’s always amazes me that the organizers are able to find such wonderful roads and scenery still in existence.
I sincerely believe that it does require two persons for each car, a driver and a navigator. Sign up, and please advise David that you have done so, so that he will be apprised of the status of our AMOC participation in this event.
Best Regards,

Sun September 16 10am-3.30pm (or 8pm with dinner) – Gosport Regatta Cruise from Portsmouth NH out to Star Island.  We will observe the regatta from the deck of the Isles of Shoals’ M/V Thomas Leighton (refreshments available aboard), which follows the sailing boats throughout the race.  A video of last year’s trip is here.  Once on the island, there are picnics/BBQ’s, a kite flying competition and exploratory walks.  After an included dinner, we will board the Thomas Leighton at 6.45pm for the return journey (or take the 2.15pm return sailing, if you wish to skip the on-island activities). Optionally, you can also stay over on Sunday night at the Victorian hotel on the island and breakfast with the regatta’s skippers.
